Description
A head shot of one of Britains birds called The Starling. This little chap came and sat beside me. I think he was hoping for a little food which I had not got. He stayed there long enough for me to get his close up. These birds are well known for what is called a Murmuration. They gather in huge flocks just before dusk and and fly around the sky like big black clouds which form the most amazing shapes that change all the time they are in the air, before dropping to the trees to rest for the night
