Description
The Trebuchet was the largest and most formidable of the siege weapons and was actually a huge catapult. Massive fireballs, stones and rocks were used against the enemy in medieval times, mainly to breach castle walls.
This one is a reconstruction and is used effectively for demonstrations of it's power at Warwick Castle in England.
Texture added for effect.
